In the meantime, the archives from 2000 and later can be obtained directly from the Listorc, by sending a message with the text
get tolkien logYYMM
replacing the YYMM
by the year and month, e.g. log0012 for December
2000, or log0605 for May 2006.

The list's archives can be downloaded from this page. They are available as separate files; one for every month.
The files up to December 2000 are compressed as .gz files. Later ones are compressed as .zip files. The free open source software 7-Zip can be used to extract the files.
